Houldsworth Gardens, Stockport — New Build Show Home Staging

From Empty New Build to Show Home in Just Three Days

Harrington Stocks was instructed by JC Brennan Developments to stage a newly completed property at Houldsworth Gardens, a development of six new-build homes in Stockport.

The brief was simple: transform an empty property into a warm, aspirational show home that would help buyers connect with the development and visualise themselves living there.

In just three days, the entire property was transformed.

Every detail was considered with the target buyer in mind. Furniture was sourced and installed, bedrooms fully dressed, living spaces styled and the kitchen and dining areas brought to life with carefully selected accessories and finishing touches.

The aim wasn’t simply to make the property look beautiful. It was to demonstrate how every room could be used, showcase the proportions of the property and create an emotional connection from the moment buyers walked through the door.

The developers at JC Brennan Developments were blown away by the transformation and attention to detail throughout the show home.

Within the same week, the show home was secured by a buyer.

The Result

3 days from empty property to fully staged show home.

Complete furniture, styling and accessory installation.

Developers delighted with the transformation and attention to detail.

Show home secured by a buyer within the same week.

Houldsworth Gardens demonstrates exactly what strategic new-build staging can achieve: taking an empty house and transforming it into a home buyers can immediately understand, experience and imagine themselves living in.
